Here is an overview of the traditional editorial services I offer. However, every project is unique, and every client is different. If we decide to work together, I'll ask you about your project, your creative process, and what you hope to achieve so that I can tailor my approach to best meet your needs.
Please note that neither copyediting/proofreading nor fact-checking are listed here. These are two different subspecialties, and in a publishing house, these responsibilities are generally contracted out to experts. Fact-checkers possess an in-depth knowledge of the subject and the available scholarship and sources. Copyeditors are intimately familiar with the nuances of grammar and the finer points of house style.
